Not to worry! We don't have to build on a tree. We have built many of our forts near smaller trees to still give you that "treehouse feel" or we can also build your fort on posts if a tree is not an option.

Absolutely not! We have built forts for children of all ages. Even adults! Unlike a swing set that your kids will eventually outgrow, our forts are designed to grow with your children. Our 6 year old does art in our fort. Our 10 year old plays nerf wars with friends and our high school and college aged nieces use it as a place to escape and just hang out. We even have a mom who hosts monthly wine nights in hers! Out forts are designed to grow with your family and be a place that everyone can enjoy.

Each family has the ability to customize their Firefly Fort and make it their own. We have never built the same fort twice! Our forts typically start at $8500 with the ability to add on accessories as well as make changes to the structure and size. Your final price will depend on the changes you decide to make in order to create the fort that best suits the needs of your family. We are excited to announce that we now offer financing on all of our forts!

This depends on many factors including exposure to sun, wind, rain and snow. The best maintenance plan is a preemptive one. Wood structures should be painted or sealed the year before it actually needs it. Most treehouses located in wooded areas do well because they are protected by the canopies of the trees. This provides natural protection from UV rays which can be the most damaging of the elements.

To secure your build on our calendar, we simply need a signed copy of the contract along with a non-refundable $250 deposit.

We currently offer full build + installation in select regions: Atlanta, South Florida, and Nashville. If you're located outside these areas, our Design-Only Packages are a great fit.
